Hospitality & Home Quality Manager (Guest Services)

Full-Time * Contract (1099) * Local Applicants Only * Sundays Required

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Hospitality & Home Quality Manager to support guest check-ins, home inspections, and property readiness across multiple homes in the valley. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or hotel experience who enjoys delivering exceptional service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous guest service during check-in, stay support, and checkout
• Inspect homes before and after guest stays; identify and report damages
• Oversee cleaning quality and home condition for arriving groups
• Stock homes prior to check-ins and deliver supplies as needed
• Run errands, make calls, complete checklists, and assist with operational tasks
• Manage large homes and support large guest groups
• Work independently across multiple locations (must be local and have a reliable car)

Requirements

• 2-3+ years hospitality or customer service experience
• Comfortable using iPhone/iPad/Android devices
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Must work Sundays; flexible to work days/nights/weekends
• Able to commute reliably across the valley
